Personal Background:
Dwight gets his friendly and outgoing personality from his experiences growing up in the close knit community of Wilkes-Barre, PA. He is the oldest of 5 siblings. He moved to West Michigan at the age of fifteen and graduated from Ottawa Hills High School and the Kent Career Technical Center where he began his love affair with anything electronic. As anyone who knows Dwight could suspect he quickly fit in and made friends in his new home town of Grand Rapids. He knew the power of social networking early and married the sister of one of the friends he met when he first came to Michigan. Dwight and Kristy have been married since 1999 and are the proud parents of one very spoiled Yorkshire terrier since 2004.

Biggest Career Break:
Dwight says, “Getting fired. I was fired in 1999 and at the time it seemed like the worst thing in the world. I see now that it was the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. I began a journey to redefine success and self-reliance. I was forced to raise the bar and my own expectations so that I could later raise them by choice. For some people this could have been just a bump in the career road. For me it was watershed moment that took me down the road to start Exordium. “
